Land costs-Exemption- a privilege or a right?
If construction of costs of HDB flat is $50K- then what does govt
do with all the spare money? ($150K)
I believe that land costs should be returned to Singaporeans-
through bigger subsidies- and not towards our leaders
salaries
As sons of the land- every Singaporean should be entitled to a
small amt of land so land costs shouldnt be included in the
cost of HDB flat- (however- since the land costs has already been
practice for so long- then PAP should declare its profits from
land costs and put these monies into social development
objectives.
Therefore-all Singaporeans deserve better subsidies from the
govt.
